HML Horizontal Multistage Splitcase

The HML multistage splitcase pumps are used in a variety of commercial & industrial applications where high temperature and high pressure are present.  HML pumps are industry leading from a feature & benefits standpoint and are specifically designed for the boiler feed markets. This heavy wall, radial, enclosed, 304 investment cast stainless steel impeller design provides a very broad operating range and steep curve slope.  These two-stage split case pumps also feature opposed, hydraulically balanced rotor designs eliminating the need for expensive balancing drums. This hydraulically balanced design also allows for a single row inboard and single row outboard bearing arrangement with optional double row bearings at either location.  The new Unified-Bore is another CPS-Pumps exclusive design feature that allows the use of packing or component mechanical seal without the need of additional case line boring.  Each model features 250# cast dimensional flanges and 420 stainless steel shafting.  These industry exclusive features makes this product adaptable for the building trades and HVAC applications.
